Nice cave, good guide. Only in French though but they gave us an English handout. Helmets and boots are provided on site.
I really liked this grotte. It has a really interesting story but I will not detail it for you, since you should come and visit. Make sure you reserve your spot in advance since the tour has limited availability. It takes about 40 minutes, but make sure you bring a jacket since below ground it's pretty cool - 14°. Oh and you are not allowed to take photos or videos once you enter the grotto.
Very friendly guide, cool gear to wear! The cave was very beautiful!
A cave visit with a difference. You are given waterproof, knee length boots and a helmet with a lamp because you walk through a stream for whole visit. Our guide was very informative, slowed her French down and was great with the children. Highly recommended
A pleasant little tour along the underground cavern. Interesting little history. Cool off the cave was a nice relief from the heat of summer. Not spectacular, but worth a visit if you're in the area. The kids (9&11)loved it. Good value for money.
The cave tour is worth the detour if you’re visiting Bordeaux. I’m not sure why their website says that they have no English tour as ours was (thank you Larissa). Informative and thorough. There isn’t too much else to do in the city but as it’s only about a thirty minute drive from Saint-Emilion, it’s simple to make a part of your day. Reservations essential.
It was a wonderful experience. Safety precautions are taken, the guide lady was very nice and informative. Highly recommended.
Very nice cave , we spent one full hour for the tour . Call ahead to book the tour 😁 …
